General Comments
This facility needs to do a detail cleaning of back kitchen area and go over safe food handling practices and how to hand wash. A complete reinspection will occur in 48 hours, which will really be on Tuesday, May 30th as I will not be able to make it back Thursday or Friday, and Monday is a holiday. At that time I will expect this facility to receive a passing score of a 75 or above with no repeat major point violations. I will expect that anything that cannot be done by Tuesday will either have a work order an action plan as to when it will be done. This facility also has a history of low or failing original scores without adjusting. If the next original inspection does not receive a passing score, this facility may be shut down or a compliance conference with the director, John Bevis, will be corrected. This is the final warning. I would also like to see several employees attend the food safety class on June 13th from 9-12.
